UserLoom is a platform that connects researchers with user testers for conducting user research studies. Testers participate in studies and receive compensation, while researchers create and manage studies.
To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. UserLoom makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the Service or the information, content, or materials included therein.
Testers may negotiate payment terms with researchers for each study. UserLoom facilitates payments but is not responsible for payment disputes. All payments are processed through third-party payment processors.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by UserLoom and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. User-generated content remains the property of the user, but by submitting it, you grant UserLoom a license to use it for the Service.
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the Service, to understand our practices.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.
